    Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43100042) dated (4/1/1443), a reference to the letter of the Public Transport Authority No. (10114/42/1) dated (12/29/1442), attached to Ministerial Resolution of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development No. (112203), dated (18/6/1442), regarding “restricting work in customer service professions and jobs remotely to Saudis.”
    Since the decision entered into force on (1/8/2021 AD) and includes obligating the establishments to which the work system applies to commit to registering workers in customer service professions (remotely) in the records of the General Organization for Social Insurance and the official records of the facility and documenting work contracts (remotely) in the portal The electronic link of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development via the electronic link (www.teleworks.sa), and if the facility desires to outsource customer service services (remotely), this will be through the contact centers approved by the Communications and Information Technology Commission.
